小松菜と豚バラの中華炒め2

冬が旬の小松菜ですが、年中安価に手に入る家庭の強い味方です。

ほのかな苦味が特徴的で、ちょっと甘めの豚バラ肉と合わせると絶妙に美味しい。

フワフワ玉子も合わせるとより甘味が強くなり美味しさが引き立つ。ここは強い味付けではなく、シンプルな中華系の味付けでご飯と合わせたい一品をご紹介します。

これは俄然、小松菜と豚バラの激ウマ中華炒めの気分になってきた！

小松菜と豚バラの激ウマ中華炒めのレシピの材料(2,3人前)

材料 分量
小松菜 半袋
豚バラ肉 130g
玉子 3個
きくらげ 適量
醤油 小さじ 1
酒 大さじ 1
中華だし 小さじ 1
オイスターソース 小さじ 2
にんにく 2片
  1. 豚バラと小松菜は食べやすい大きさに切っておく、きくらげは水で戻して食べやすい大きさに切っておく。
  2. フライパンに多めの油を敷き、卵を炒め、別皿に移しておく。
  3. フライパンに再度油を敷き、みじん切りしたにんにくを入れ香りを出す。
  4. 豚バラを入れ、少し塩コショウを振る。火が通るまで炒める。
  5. 小松菜、きくらげを入れ、油がまわるように炒めながらフライパンを振る
  6. 調味料を入れ、手早く炒める。
  7. ②を合わせざっとまぜて完成。

中華炒めは数えられないくらい作ってきましたが、かなり上位に来る完成度です。旨過ぎ。。

豚バラの甘味と卵のコクを小松菜のしゃきっとしたほろ苦さがまとめ上げている感じです。

きくらげも良いアクセントになっています。少しオイスターソースを効かせたシンプルめな中華に仕上げたこともあり、バランスの良さが際立っています。いくらでも食べられそうです。

【アレンジ】小松菜とネギと豚バラの激ウマ中華炒め

小松菜とネギと豚バラの炒め物

ネギを1/2本ほどたっぷり加えることで爽快感が増して、よりさっぱり食べられる品になります。

最後にさっと火を通す程度で触感を残すのがポイントです。

材料 分量
小松菜 半袋
長ネギ 1/2本
豚バラ肉 130g
玉子 3個
きくらげ 適量
醤油 小さじ 1
酒 大さじ 1
中華だし 小さじ 1
オイスターソース 小さじ 2
にんにく 2片
  1. 豚バラと小松菜は食べやすい大きさに切っておく、きくらげは水で戻して食べやすい大きさに切っておく。ネギは斜めに薄めに切っておく。
  2. フライパンに多めの油を敷き、卵を炒め、別皿に移しておく。
  3. フライパンに再度油を敷き、みじん切りしたにんにくを入れ香りを出す。
  4. 豚バラを入れ、少し塩コショウを振る。火が通るまで炒める。
  5. 小松菜、きくらげを入れ、油がまわるように炒めながらフライパンを振る
  6. 調味料を入れ、手早く炒める。
  7. ネギを加え少ししんなりしたら、②を合わせざっとまぜて完成。
