鍋の美味しい季節になってきましたね。
キムチ鍋、ちゃんこ鍋など代表的な鍋はありますが、我が家の鉄板鍋は極シンプルな鍋です。
カツオ出汁で煮込んだ具材をポン酢で食べる、これだけ。
この鍋の良いところは、ダシのみで似ているので野菜類から余分な水分がでないので瑞々しさが違います。
また塩味を人の好みに調整できる点、そして何より簡単で安い！
一度お試し下しさい。“もう鍋ってこれで良くない？”の言葉が出ること間違いなしです。
ポン酢で美味しい！白菜と鶏肉のシンプル鍋の材料（2人前）
| 材料 | 分量 |
| 水 | 1500cc |
| カツオ出汁(顆粒) | 大さじ1/2 |
| 酒 | 大さじ2 |
| 白菜 | 1/6個 |
| 鶏もも肉 | 1枚 |
| 豆腐 | 1/2丁 |
| 春菊 | 1/2袋 |
| えのき | 1/2袋 |
| 人参 | 1本 |
| ごぼう | 1/2本 |
| ポン酢 | 適量 |
ポン酢で美味しい！白菜と鶏肉のシンプル鍋のレシピ＆作り方
①鍋に水を入れてカツオ出汁、酒を加え1煮立ちさせておく。
②ごぼうはささがきにして3分程、水にさらしておく。
③その他の具材は食べやすい大きさに切っておく。
④煮込んで完成。食べるときに各人ポン酢をかけて食べる。
