副菜の王様！しっとり滑らか！絶品ポテトサラダ

ポテトサラダ

しっとりしたおかずの定番ポテトサラダ。今回はスーパーの惣菜のようなスタンダードで王道なレシピを紹介します。

ポイントはみじん切りの玉ねぎをたっぷり加えること。マヨネーズたっぷりでも爽やかさが出ますよ

しっとり滑らか！絶品ポテトサラダのレシピ

材料 分量
じゃがいも 4,5個
玉ねぎ 1/4個
きゅうり 1/2本
ハム 2枚
にんじん 1/4本
マヨネーズ 大さじ4,5(味見しながら)
塩コショウ 適量
酢 小さじ1

しっとり滑らか！絶品ポテトサラダの作り方

①玉ねぎを細かめのみじん切りにして水にさらして辛味をとる。

②にんじんは2cm角くらいの薄切りにして、レンジで2回温める。

③きゅうり、ハムは人参と同じくらいの大きさに切っておく。

④ジャガイモの皮を剥き、沸騰したお湯に入れて箸がすっと入るくらいまでしっかり茹でる。

⑤茹でたジャガイモにお酢、塩コショウを加えて潰して、荒熱を取っておく。

⑥⑤に③のきゅうり、ハム、人参、マヨネーズを加えて混ぜて完成。

しっとりしてマヨネーズのコクが美味しいポテトサラダに、シャキシャキした玉ねぎの触感がさっぱりとした後味にしてくれています。

どんな料理の副菜にもなるポテトサラダとなりました。

たくあんポテトサラダ

スタンダードなポテトサラダはもちろん美味しいのですが、ご自宅にたくあんが余っているようでしたら荒く刻んでポテトサラダに混ぜてみると意外と相性が良く、フルーティーで爽やかな味わいになります。

初めて食べる方はレーズンやリンゴなどが入っていると勘違いするかもしれません。
少し違った味わいのポテトサラダにも挑戦してみたい方は如何でしょうか。

上記レシピの人参の代わりにたくあん40gを刻んで加えるだけです。
