バター無し！しっとり美味しいシーラのムニエル

シーラのムニエル3

旬の時期になると安くスーパーに並ぶシーラ(佐渡ヶ島特有でしょうか)。魚体の見た目とは裏腹に繊細な身質をしています。

そんな身質はムニエルなどの調理法が良く合います。
今回は特に脂が乗った身質でしたので、バター無しでさっぱりめに仕上げています。

バター無し！しっとり美味しいシーラのムニエルのレシピ　2人前

材料 分量
シーラ 2切れ
小麦粉 大さじ2
オリーブオイル 大さじ2
ニンニク 1片
レモン汁 大さじ1
塩 3,4つまみ

バター無し！しっとり美味しいシーラのムニエルの作り方

①シーラに塩(分量外)を薄く振り、10分置いて臭みを抜く、浮き出た水分はふき取り、片栗粉を塗す。

②ニンニクをスライスして、オリーブオイルでじっくり香りを出す。ニンニクは焦げないように取り出しておく。

③②にシーラを入れ両面しっかり焼いて、盛り付ける。ニンニクも一緒に添える。

④レモン汁と塩を混ぜソースをつくり、④にかけて完成。

じっくり焼きあがったシーラはジューシーでニンニクの香りが食欲をそそります。

塩レモンソースは全体をサッパリと仕上げてくれていて相性ばっちりです。
