常備なとしても優秀な冷やしても煮浸しを紹介します。

夏に美味しい茄子と触感が楽しい小松菜を合わせました。

揚げずに作る！ナスと厚揚げの煮浸しの材料

材料 分量
茄子 2本
厚揚げ 2切れ
小松菜 1/4袋
だし汁 300cc
醤油 大さじ1
みりん 大さじ1
生姜すりおろし 適量

揚げずに作る！ナスと厚揚げの煮浸しの作り方＆レシピ

①適当にカットしたナスを油を敷いたフライパンで焼き目がつくまで炒める。

②厚揚げはお湯にさらして油抜きをしてからカットしておく

③小松菜は30秒ほど下茹でして冷水で冷やしておく

④調味料を鍋に入れ沸騰したら厚揚げとナスを入れ5分程煮る

⑤器に盛り、荒熱が取れたら冷蔵庫で30分冷やす。

⑥盛り付けの際に小松菜を添えて出来上がり。
