家ではなかなかフレンチを作ることができませんが、適当な白身魚があれば、簡単にフレンチ風の料理が作れます。

今回はパスタでおなじみのペペロンチーノ・アーリオ・オーリオソースを応用したお手軽フレンチです。

簡単フレンチ風！赤魚のアーリオ・オーリオソースのレシピ　2人前

材料 分量
赤魚 2切れ
ニンニク 2片
オリーブオイル 大さじ2
水 大さじ2
赤唐辛子(お好みで) 適量
塩コショウ 適量
片栗粉 適量
トマト 1/3個
カイワレ 1/4パック

簡単フレンチ風！赤魚のアーリオオーリオソースの作り方

①赤魚の切り身に塩(分量外)を振り、10分置いて臭みをぬく、浮き出た水分は拭いておく。

②ニンニクをみじん切りと唐辛子をオリーブオイルで炒めて香りを出す。

③②に水を加え、よく混ぜて乳化させる。塩(分量外)で味を調える。

④赤魚に塩コショウを振り、片栗粉を塗して、多めの油で揚げ焼きにする。

⑤赤魚を盛り付け、細かくカットしたトマト、③のソースを盛り付け、カイワレを添えて完成。

ザクっと仕上がった赤魚に濃厚なアーリオ・オーリエソースが絡んで絶品です！少し油っこい調理法とソースなので、トマトやカイワレなどのさっぱりした付け合わせが合います！

余ったアーリオ・オーリエソースはパンに塗ってオーブンで焼くことでガーリックトースト風になって美味しいですよ！
