材料 分量
カツオ 1/2匹
玉ねぎ 1/4個
〇醤油 大さじ3
〇酢 大さじ3
〇ポッカレモン 大さじ1.5
〇和風ダシ 小さじ1/2
小葱 適量

簡単さっぱり美味しい！カツオのポン酢漬けの作り方

①カツオを柵に卸し、塩を振り10分置いて臭み抜きをする。

②玉ねぎは可能な限り薄いスライスにしておく。

③調味料〇は合わせておく。

④カツオをスライスして、調味料〇に20分漬けておく。

⑤④に玉ねぎスライスを加えて全体を混ぜ、さらに10分つけて完成。
