これが具材の最適解！千切りキャベツで激ウマお好み焼きの作り方

お好み焼きは安価、簡単、美味しいの三拍子だが、悩ましいところはたくさんある。
例えば、具材は何を入れるか、キャベツはざく切り？千切り？など。

今回は私なりに一番コスパと味のバランスが良いおススメのレシピを紹介する。

まず一般的な材料として、小麦粉、きゃべつ、たまご、水、かつお出汁。
今回これに追加して加えるのは、揚げ玉、紅ショウガ、イカ。

揚げ玉が全体的なコクのアップになり、紅ショウガは揚げ玉、ソース、マヨネーズの強いコクをキュッと引き締めてくれる。なお、紅ショウガ自体よりも“紅ショウガの汁”の方が大事だと思う。これが全体のベースになりうる。
そしてイカ。これが加わるだけで、海鮮感がぐっと出る。イカは風味が強く出汁も出るのでこれだけで十分海鮮感が出て段違いになる。豚肉を買うならイカを買ってほしい。

そしてキャベツは千切りにする。好みにもよるが長芋を入れない場合には千切りの方が良い。千切りにすることで圧倒的に全体がふっくらする。なお、スライサーの千切りは段違いなので強くおススメする。また、その分水分も出やすいので、ホットプレートを使用するときは蓋はしない方がベチャッとしない。

と、考えていたらお好み焼きが食べたくなってきた。

千切りキャベツで激ウマお好み焼きのレシピの材料

材料 分量
キャベツ 200g
小麦粉 100g
水 100cc
かつおダシ 小さじ1.5
たまご 1個
紅ショウガ 半袋(汁も加える)
揚げ玉 適量
イカ 1/2杯

千切りキャベツで激ウマお好み焼きの作り方

①キャベツはスライサーを使って千切りにする。絶対スライサーを使ってほしい

②小麦粉、水、紅ショウガの汁、卵、かつお出汁をしっかり混ぜ、冷蔵庫で休ませておく

③紅ショウガはみじん切り、イカは1cm角くらいに切っておく

④丼などに、一人前づつ、キャベツ、生地、紅ショウガ、イカ、揚げ玉を入れ混ぜてホットプレートで焼く。焦げ目がついてきたらひっくり返す。250度で両面3-5分程度

⑤ソースなどお好みでかけて召し上がれ

ふっくらして旨い！イカの旨みがガツンと効いており、紅ショウガキュッと味を引き締めている。キャベツが千切りのおかげで荒々しい感じはなく、上品ささえ感じる出来栄え。旨い。
