酢豚よりヘルシーさっぱり！絶品酢鳥

中華の代表料理、酢豚。さっぱりした甘酢餡に揚げた豚肉が美味しいですが、少し脂っこさやカロリーが気になる方をいらっしゃるかと思います。

今回は鶏肉を使用することでさっぱりヘルシーな酢豚ならぬ、酢鳥をご紹介します。

酢豚よりヘルシーさっぱり！絶品酢鳥のレシピ　2人前

材料 分量
鶏肉 1枚
人参 1本
玉ねぎ 1/2個
ピーマン 2個
茄子 1本
〇酢 大さじ3
〇醤油 大さじ3
〇砂糖 大さじ3
〇ケチャップ 大さじ2
〇酒 大さじ2
〇みりん 大さじ1
水溶き片栗粉 適量

酢豚よりヘルシーさっぱり！絶品酢鳥の作り方

①鶏肉に塩コショウを軽くかけ、片栗粉を塗して、多めの油で揚げ焼きにする。別皿に移しておく。

②茄子は食べやすい大きさに切り、多めの油で焼き目を付けてから、弱火で蒸し焼きにする。別皿に移しておく。

③人参も茄子と同じ程度の大きさに切り、レンジで2回チンする。

④ピーマン、玉ねぎは食べやすい大きさに切っておく。

⑤多めの油でレンコン⇒玉ねぎ⇒ピーマンの順に加えて炒めていく。

⑥⑤に茄子を加えて、調味料〇を加えてアルコールを飛ばすように炒めまる。

⑦水溶き片栗粉を加えて、とろみがついたら①の鶏肉を加えて、全体を絡めて完成。

カリっと仕上がった鶏肉に甘酢餡が絡んで絶品です。鶏肉の方がプリッとした触感をしており食べ応えもあります。
