| 〇梅肉(チューブ) | 大さじ1 |

| 〇中華ダシ | 小さじ1 |
梅ソースでさっぱり！蒸し鶏とネギの梅ソース和えの作り方
①酒と生姜を加えて沸騰させたたっぷりのお湯に、鶏むね肉を入れ再沸騰したら蓋をして4時間放置。
②長ネギは白髪ねぎにして、水にさらしておく。
③調味料〇を合わせておく。
④茹で上がった鶏むね肉の荒熱を取ったら、手で細く裂く。
⑤②のネギ、③の調味料、④の鶏むね肉を合わせてよく混ぜて出来上がり。
しっとり仕上がった鶏むね肉に、中華ベースの梅ソースの酸味がとてもフレッシュな一品になりました。
ネギのシャキシャキ感もしっとりした鶏むね肉と良いコントラストになっており。絶品です。
